4 online sessions for your leadership team

Do you question whether you are saying the right thing to your employees? Do you find that you bumble and stumble and are not sure how to make things right and equitable in your workplace?

It has never been more important to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture, but that transformation is a journey that needs education, development and ultimately an implementation plan.

The Inclusive Leadership Immersion Course is a 4-session course for managers and leaders at all levels to focus on understanding and implementing change in how you create belonging and inclusion through your position, transforming your company workplace culture.

You Will Learn To:

  1. Create safe spaces in the workplace, so your employees feel like they belong and can contribute without fear despite hierarchy.

  2. Become more culturally competent, empathetic, and self-aware so you can navigate the needs of a hybrid or remote workplace.

  3. Be consciously inclusive on how to create more harmony in the workplace.

  4. Increase intelligence in dealing with microaggressions so you can stop tiptoeing around to avoid saying the wrong thing that offends someone.

  5. Practice regaining control when you make a mistake and exclude someone.

  6. Explore tips for successfully recruiting and retaining diverse talent

BONUS: You will leave the course empowered with a 90-day roadmap to implement your lessons in the workplace!
