Inclusive Leadership Immersion Course:
Where managers learn to create safe and equitable workplaces for all!

Bring This Course Into Your Company

While many companies and organizations have initiatives to increase diversity and they recognize the importance of DEIB initiatives overall, very few offer Inclusive Leadership training for managers to learn how to lead these more diverse workforces.

In a recent study by, "The Future of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging 2023", only one-tenth of the 255 organizations they studied offered DEIB Learning & Development training for all of their managers.

The transformation to a more diverse and inclusive workplace is a journey that needs education, development, and ultimately an implementation plan.

This course is designed for managers needing additional support to lead effectively as the workplace and workers' needs change. Do any of the following scenarios resonate with you?

  • Do you manage employees either in-person or remotely and find team cohesion isn't as robust as you'd like?

  • Do you find yourself bumbling and stumbling and afraid of saying or doing the wrong thing to inadvertently offend or hurt someone?

  • Have you had some diversity, equity, and inclusion training but still feel unskilled in creating a greater impact with your team?

As a manager, you need the skills and tools to confidently create a safe and inclusive workplace where your teams feel heard, respected, and valued.
