Simone E. Morris is the Founder and CEO of Simone Morris Enterprises, a leadership development firm dedicated to building confident leaders who cultivate inclusive cultures, leverage all voices, and are committed to their own continuous growth. Since founding the firm in 2015, Simone has built a reputation as a trusted partner to Fortune 500 companies across financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

With more than two decades of Fortune 500 experience spanning information technology, commercial strategy, and human resources, Simone brings a practitioner’s perspective to every engagement. She holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential representing more than 800 coaching hours, and is pursuing a PhD in Human Development with a concentration in Inclusive Leadership.

A keynote speaker, executive coach, and facilitator, Simone specializes in inclusive leadership, leadership effectiveness, and career development. Her approach centers on measurable business outcomes — retention, engagement, and performance — rather than compliance-focused programming. A former corporate ERG leader herself, she understands firsthand the power of inclusive communities in driving professional growth.

Simone’s work has earned consistent recognition across nearly a decade. She received the 2025 100 Women to KNOW Award, the WBDC Women Rising Award (2021), and the 100 Women of Color Award (2021) for her leadership and community contributions. In 2020, she was named a Bronze Stevie® Award winner for Female Solo Entrepreneur of the Year and recognized as a Wonder Woman in Business by Freeman Means Business. In 2017, she received the Woman of Integrity Award from Black People Rock in recognition of her professional leadership and commitment to empowering others. Her expertise has also been recognized by Diversity Best Practices, Diversity MBA, and Diversity MBE Magazine.

Simone is the founder of the annual Inclusive Leadership Impact Awards (ILIA) and serves in several leadership and advisory roles in her community. She serves on the Advisory Council of LiveGirl, the Board of Norwalk Acts, and on the Executive Leadership Committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Fairfield County Team. She has contributed to more than ten leading publications including Forbes and Entrepreneur, and is the author of three books on career ownership and leadership development.
