Meet The Founder
Simone Morris
Simone E. Morris is the CEO of Simone Morris Enterprises, a certified minority- and women-owned business specializing in leadership solutions. An award-winning diversity and inclusion leader, Simone has been recognized by Diversity Best Practices, Diversity MBA, Diversity MBE Magazine, and her former employer. In 2020, she earned the Bronze Stevie® Award for Female Solo Entrepreneur of the Year from the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.

With 23 years of experience across retail, consumer products, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and information technology, Simone’s journey in diversity and inclusion began through employee leadership and resource groups, progressing to Human Resources roles, and culminating as Director of Diversity for the Southern Connecticut Society for Human Resources. Today, she serves as a consultant, trainer, coach, and speaker, dedicated to developing inclusive leaders and fostering authentic, inclusive cultures in organizations.
