About The Awards
The SME Inclusive Leadership Impact Awards honor visionary leaders in Connecticut (CT), New York (NY), and New Jersey (NJ) who have made a profound difference in their workplaces, communities, schools, or non-profit organizations by championing inclusive leadership principles and initiatives. These contributions may encompass a wide range of endeavors, such as raising awareness, establishing inclusion-focused programs, spearheading fundraising efforts, and more.
We invite your creative suggestions for acknowledging and celebrating these exemplary inclusive leaders.

One winner will be selected in each category
Community
Spearheads inclusive programs and events
Workplace
Makes substantial contributions to the inclusive practices and/or Employee Resource Groups to improve inclusion in the workplace
Youth
Demonstrates inclusive behavior that impacts school and/or community

Has developed training programs in their organization to further their diversity and inclusion goals
