Meet The 2026 Award Recipients
Senator Bob Duff
Luminary Award
Senator Bob Duff represents Connecticut’s 25th Senate District (Norwalk and Darien) and has served as Senate Majority Leader since 2015. In 2025, he was elected Vice President of the National Conference of State Legislatures, positioning him to serve as President in 2027.

A fifth-generation Norwalk native, Senator Duff is a fierce advocate for working families. His legislative impact includes overhauling state education funding, expanding affordable housing, delivering historic tax relief, and enacting Paid Family Medical Leave. Locally, he continually secures vital state funding for downtown infrastructure, schools, and community institutions. He has also been a real estate professional for over three decades.
Dr. Isaac Mawuko Adusu
Community Leader of the Year Award
Dr. Isaac Mawuko Adusu is a health and human services executive, policy advocate, and nonprofit leader committed to advancing equity, inclusion, and systems transformation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He serves as Assistant Vice President of Adult Services at Seven Hills Rhode Island, where he provides strategic leadership across community-based programs supporting adults with complex needs. Nationally, Dr. Adusu serves as Northeast Regional Director for the National Organization for Human Services (NOHS), representing the organization’s six-state Northeast region, and as Chairman of the NOHS Advocacy, Social Justice and Equity Committee, where he helps advance advocacy, equity, and public policy priorities within the human services profession. He is also the founder of Mawuko Outreach in Ghana. His work focuses on disability policy advocacy, inclusive leadership, workforce development, community-based care, and the design of innovative service models that expand access, strengthen systems, and improve quality of life for underserved populations.
Natasha Agarwal
The Visionary Voice Award
Natasha Agarwal is a University of Pennsylvania student, author, and Founder & CEO of BelieveNBooks, a nonprofit increasing childhood literacy. Since launching the organization in 2021, she has led the distribution of 250,000 books to 50,000 youth in need across the United States and Africa. Natasha’s work has been featured by Lester Holt, Girl Scouts USA, George H.W. Bush's Points of Light Foundation, and Lady Gaga’s Channel Kindness Foundation. Her interests lie at the intersection of law, human rights, and public policy.

Founded in 1973, Korean Community Services of Metropolitan New York (KCS) is the first and largest non-profit community organization serving Korean Americans and the broader Asian immigrant community in the Greater New York area. KCS acts as a essential bridge, empowering immigrants to overcome economic, health, and linguistic barriers while remaining grounded in their heritage. Through comprehensive, culturally competent programs spanning aging services, adult and youth education, immigration support, workforce development, public health, and mental health care, KCS serves thousands daily to foster an independent, thriving, and inclusive community.
Breion Moses
Inclusive Leadership Business Impact Award
Breion Moses is the Founder of 7 Hillz Productions and the visionary behind the ReelBack Film Summit, the first film summit focused specifically on HBCU students and graduates. A South Florida native, she is an experienced producer and content creator who also serves as CEO of the Seven Hillz Productions Foundation, providing education and scholarships to aspiring filmmakers. Honored as a Miami Dolphins "Local Legend" and Legacy Magazine "Woman of Impact," Moses holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Florida A&M University.
Aditi Gaddam
Next Generation Inclusive Leader Award
Aditi Gaddam is a high school student, student entrepreneur, and Founder and Executive Director of Ventura Innovation, a global student-led initiative focused on expanding access to entrepreneurship, mentorship, and innovation opportunities for young people. Through Ventura, she has built programs and systems that connect students with mentors, industry professionals, educational resources, and opportunities to turn their ideas into action, connecting innovation beyond borders.
Aditi is passionate about designing systems that make it easier for people and communities to access the resources, connections, and support they need to grow and create meaningful change. She believes that students should have the ability to pursue their ideas regardless of their background, location, or existing connections. Through her leadership and community work, she focuses on building initiatives that bring people together, create pathways for others to get involved, and give young people the support and confidence to become leaders themselves.
